On Port Requirements

All Vessels calling Indonesian Ports, All original ships Trading Certificates and Crews Passports will be bring ashore by ships agent and to be Hold by respective PORT AUTHORITIES, during the vessel stay at ports. All original ship’s trading certificates stored in Harbor Master Office and Passports stored in Port Immigration’s Office. All originals ship’s trading certificates and Crew Passport will be re-delivered to the ship along with out port clearance obtained

14-A De-rating Certificate.
14-B ships sanitation control certificate or ships sanitation exemption control certificate.
15. Fire Extinguisher Certificate
16. Life Raft Certificate
17. Port State Control Certificate
18. Continuous Synopsis Record ( Copy Only  )
19. Last Port Clearance
